There are widespread reports of disaffection with the iPhone 3G. This from no less an authority on the matter than The Kansas City Star (the Sprint Corporate Newsletter).
According to the article, written by Dan Hesse and posted by company shill Jason Gertzen, says that Steve Jobs will most likely move to a CDMA phone out of utter frustration any minute now.
I know exactly what they’re saying. If I was the CEO of one of the largest corporations on the planet selling a product as fast as I could build it, six or seven pissed off bloggers would certainly give me fits.
If my product was so popular that it was selling well in countries where it isn’t even available, unsubstantiated complaints about dropped connections would totally ruin my sex life. Who are these people? Are there lots of them?
The KCS quotes that eminent Apple authority, Tom Kravitz as the main source of their information. The news is passing on emails, water cooler discussions and message boards.
All in the same article:
Apple is pointing their finger at AT&T.
AT&T is pointing their finger at Apple.
Both companies are insisting nothing is wrong.
Why would you point a finger if nothing is wrong?
It could be the chip.
If you want clarification of this apparent paradox, send an email to sprintconnection@kcstar.com use the subject line: What The Fuck? Over.

There was a fire at an Apple building. Nobody was hurt.

Apple is worth more that Google.
Duh.

The iPhone will soon be for sale at Best Buy, Costco, Albertson’s and 7-11. At 7-11 it will come with a free Slushee.

If at first you don’t succeed, see if the loser gets anything.

Woohoo! Sarah and I just got our iPhones! Anyone who doesn’t love this thing is simply wired differently from us….
Can’t talk now. Playing with phone.
The hype was wrong though. It is much better than that. I grieve that Douglas Adams missed this.
Don’t forget your towels.
