Little Psystar (pronounced SIS-ter) is selling their Mac virtualization software. One of their lawyers quit. The trial starts next year.

Before the trial is over, there’s going to be a reenactment of a scene from Brokeback Mountain. Little Psystar will play the part of the aggravated saddle sores.

Apple quit the U.S. Chamber of Commerce because the latter questions the scientific validity of man-made global climate change.

Apple is free to belong or not belong to any organization it chooses. The long and the short of it is, if they disagree on such a fundamental issue, there should be no forced partnerships. There are going to be people making a huge issue out of this. The same people think Little Psystar isn’t going to get a large package coming in through the out door.

I’ll have to disclose that I’ve nevcer received so much as a worn out guitar pick from Apple for all the obsequious sucking up I’ve done for the last three years.
