When the going gets weird, the weird get naked

The most important thing anyone is saying about Apple lately is the stock price. Foghorn Einhorn is making all kinds of noises about how Apple does business, on the money end, and it seems like he’s being successful at it. A court just ruled in his favor. There’s a proxy proposal thingy that Apple isn’t going to have available for shareholders. I read it, but it doesn’t explain much to me. It has something to do with Preferred Stock, and shareholder rights, and possibly kittens. We must save the kittens.

Some spud over on CNBC is calling AAPL “not a top stock, anymore.” It’s all about the phenomenal growth of smartphones and how Apple is being aced out of the market.

Ha. Ha. Ha.

I bought more.
